1. Shipping Options

We offer a variety of shipping options to accommodate your preferences:

Standard Shipping: Orders are typically processed and delivered within 1-3 business days.

Standard Shipping Rate: 300/-

Express Shipping: Need it faster? Choose express shipping at checkout for expedited delivery. Estimated delivery time is 4 hours within Nairobi.

Express Shipping Rate: 400/-

Consolidated Shipping: Free Every Thursday!

To our cost-conscious and environmentally aware customers, this one's for you! Here’s how it works:

Free Consolidated Shipping: Select the “Consolidated Shipping” option at checkout to have your order shipped for free on the next Thursday.

Reduced Environmental Impact: By consolidating shipments, we help reduce the environmental impact of multiple, individual deliveries.

Eligibility: This option is available for orders within Nairobi only.

2. Pre-Order Shipping

For select items available on pre-order, we provide estimated shipping dates to ensure transparency.

Estimated Shipping Date: The anticipated shipping date will be displayed on the product page and in your order confirmation email.

Payment at Checkout: Payment for pre-orders is processed at the time of purchase to reserve your item.

Shipping Notifications: Once your pre-order is ready to ship, we will notify you via email with tracking information.

Combined Orders: If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, the in-stock items may ship separately. However, for free consolidated shipping, you can choose to have your entire order shipped together when the pre-order item becomes available.

3. Outside Nairobi and International Shipping

We ship worldwide!

For international and orders outside Nairobi but within Kenya, reach us via whatsapp on +254712991593 with your order, location and preferred courier for a customized order link that includes the shipping rate. Customs fees and import duties are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Shipping Issues and Delays
